The Ice bath Debate

Alright, folks, let's talk about ice baths. You know, that bone-chilling ritual where athletes and gym buffs willingly subject themselves to freezing water after a grueling workout?  It's a practice as old as time, hailed as the holy grail for soothing sore muscles and speeding up recovery. But hold on to your thermal socks because recent research has thrown a major curveball into the ice bath game. It points out that the flawed idea of muscle repair post workout due to cold bath is a myth.
